Kyocera Ceramic 7" Serrated Slicing Bread Knife Review

Kyocera Bread Knife
Ceramic knives? Yes, you read it correctly! Instead of using metal, these knives are made out of ceramic. We were first introduced to ceramic knives during our trip to Japan. There are multiple companies that make them, however Kyocera seems to be the leader. For the past two years we have been exclusively using a Kyocera Santoku type knife to cut all of our fruits and vegetables.

The quality of the Santoku knife was amazing. We decided to add to our collection and purchased a serrated Kyocera bread knife. At the farmers market we bought an unsliced organic bread and gave it a try. The slicing was easy! The knife cut evenly without any effort.

Watch our review video to see the Kyocera knife in action.

Kyocera Serrated Slicing Knife
You do not need many knives in your kitchen. What you do need are great knives. We highly recommend the Kyocera serrated slicing bread knife. I am sure this will not be the last ceramic knife that we will add to our growing set of kitchen knives.
